Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Persons  

The Company has received notification from Stephen Robertson, a Non-Executive Director, that on 11th June 2014, he sold 9,500 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence in the Company ("ordinary shares"). The shares were sold at a price of £12.82 per share. The total number of ordinary shares sold represented 0.0020% of the ordinary shares in issue.

Following this transaction, the beneficial shareholding of Stephen Robertson (including his connected persons) is 9,890 ordinary shares representing 0.0021% of the ordinary shares in issue.
