Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Persons in accordance with Disclosure Rules 3.1.4R(1)(a). 

The Company announces the following Director and PDMRs of the Company have today been advised that they have been granted an option to purchase ordinary shares of 0.4p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 30th April 2014 under the Company's Save As You Earn scheme.

The exercise price of options granted under the scheme is £11.43 per share and the options are exercisable for a period of 6 months from June 2019 to December 2019.
