Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Persons  

On 4th December 2013, the Company received notification that Mr Stephen Robertson, a Non-Executive Director, bought a total of 2,476 Hargreaves Lansdown PLC 0.4p ordinary shares at a price of 1205 pence per share.  

The total number of ordinary shares purchased represents 0.0005% of the ordinary shares in issue.

Mr Robertson's resultant shareholding is 19,390 ordinary shares which represents 0.0041% of issued share capital.    

Hargreaves Lansdown (Nominees) Limited is the registered shareholder as nominee for the above Non-Executive Director.  The transaction took place in Bristol on 4th December 2013.
