PDMR Shareholding - Replacement

This amendment has been made to Nigel Bence's resultant share holding in the "PDMR Shareholding" announcement released  6 November 2013 at 18:08 under RNS 4040S.

Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Persons in accordance with Disclosure Rules 3.1.4R(1)(a). 

The Company announces the following PDMRs of the Company have, on 4th November 2013, advised that they have exercised an option on 1st November to purchase ordinary shares of 0.4p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's All Employee Save As You Earn ("SAYE") scheme.  The exercise price was £1.75 per Ordinary Share and the options were originally granted pursuant to the Hargreaves Lansdown 2008 SAYE scheme.

The Ordinary Shares issued in respect of this exercise of options have been satisfied by way of transfer of Ordinary Shares from the Company's Employee Benefit Trust.

The Save As You Earn scheme is an all employee scheme and the above are part of a larger employee exercise which took place on 1st November.  A total of 91 employees participated in the scheme.
