Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Persons  

The Company has received notification from Lee Gardhouse, a PDMR, that on 4th September 2013, he sold 12,650 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence in the Company ("ordinary shares") and his wife Mrs H Gardhouse, a Connected Person, sold 60,000 ordinary shares. The shares were sold at a price of £10.14 per share. The total number of ordinary shares sold represented 0.0153% of the ordinary shares in issue.

Following these transactions, the beneficial shareholding of Lee Gardhouse (including his connected persons) is 788,114 ordinary shares representing 0.17% of the ordinary shares in issue.  

Hargreaves Lansdown (Nominees) Limited is the registered shareholder as nominee for the above PDMR. The transaction took place in Bristol on 4th September 2013.
