Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Persons  

The Company has received notification from Lee Gardhouse, a PDMR, that on 10th May 2013, he sold 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence in the Company ("ordinary shares") and his wife Mrs H Gardhouse, a Connected Person, sold 1,120 ordinary shares. The shares were sold at a price of 995p per share. The total number of ordinary shares sold represented 0.0213% of the ordinary shares in issue.

Following these transactions, the beneficial shareholding of Lee Gardhouse (including his connected persons) is 860,764 ordinary shares representing 0.18% of the ordinary shares in issue.  

Hargreaves Lansdown (Nominees) Limited is the registered shareholder as nominee for the above PDMR. The transaction took place in Bristol on 10th May 2013.
