CEO Succession

Hargreaves Lansdown is pleased to confirm that following the announcement on 8 December 2022, Dan Olley will join the business as Chief Executive on Monday 7 August 2023. He will remain on the HL Board, but in his new capacity as an Executive Director, from the same date.

Chris Hill will step down as Chief Executive and from the Board, with effect from Monday 7 August 2023, and thereafter will support HL until November 2023 to provide continuity and ensure an orderly transition.
