Board Change at Hargreaves Lansdown plc

HL today announces that Philip Johnson has informed the Board of his intention to step down from his position as Chief Financial Officer for personal reasons.

As a result, the Board will now commence a search process to identify and appoint a successor. Philip will work with Chris Hill, Chief Executive Officer, and the Board to ensure an orderly transition.

Chris Hill, CEO of HL said:

Philip has been a highly valued member of the management team and Board and has played an instrumental role in helping the company perform strongly through these unprecedented times.
