On November 21, 2024 the Company closed the non-brokered private placement of 6,600,000 shares for cash proceeds of $461,999.95 (the “ Private Placement ”).
The proceeds of the Offering are anticipated to be used for the general working capital and administration fees. No finder’s fees are payable in connection with the Private Placement.
