MAKARA MINING ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR CHANGE
October 6, 2020 – Vancouver, B.C. – Makara Mining Corp. (CSE:MAKA) (“ Makara ” or the “ Company ”) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Stefan Szary to the Company’s board of directors.
Mr. Szary is an independent businessman with over 15 years’ of experience consulting with publicly traded companies in respect of investor relations, corporate structuring, project acquisitions, joint-ventures, IPOs and secondary offerings. Mr. Szary has also been involved with several special situations projects related to treaty territory first nations partnerships. Mr. Szary is the founder and executive producer of Discovery Films, a creative studio founded to update and modernize marketing materials and methods for natural resource companies. Mr. Szary is a graduate of Bishop’s University.
Mr. Szary replaces John Arthur Fiddick on the Makara board. Makara would like to thank Mr. Fiddick for his contributions to the Company and wishes him the best in his future endeavors.
