Listing Application
Application has been made by the Company to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 3,500,000 Ordinary Shares of 12.5p each (the "Shares") to be admitted to the Official List.
Admission of the Shares is expected to take place on 7 September 2020.
The Shares will be issued to the Trustee of the Premier Oil plc Employee Benefit Trust to satisfy obligations under the Company's 2017 Long Term Incentive Plan.
The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
