Grant of Deferred Bonus Awards

In accordance with the Company's Remuneration Policy, on 25 March 2021, a Deferred Bonus Award was granted to Richard Rose in respect of 50% of the 2020 Annual Bonus awarded to him. The Deferred Bonus Award has been granted in the form of contingent share awards over ordinary shares in the Company and will normally vest three years from date of grant.
