Director's Share Interests

On 22 April 2022 shares in certain EIG-managed entities were issued to Steve Farris, Non-Executive Director of the Company, pursuant to a contractual agreement between Steve and such EIG-managed entities (the "Issuance").

As the aforementioned EIG-managed entities have an interest in the ordinary shares of the Company, these arrangements result in a change in Steve Farris's indirect interest in the Company as set out below. There is however no change in the total number of ordinary shares of the Company held directly by the relevant EIG managed entities nor in the total interests of the Concert Party (as defined and disclosed in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 31 March 2022) in the Company.
