Premier announces that it has been notified that Tony Durrant, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, has today purchased 226,868 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 43.75 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a result of this purchase of Ordinary Shares, Tony Durrant is interested in 1,462,036 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.29% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
