In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a), Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility have the following notifiable interest in the Company, arising from the acquisition of Ordinary Shares of 12.5 pence each in the Company at a price of £3.4099 per Ordinary Share on 1 July 2014 through the Company's Share Incentive Plan ("the Plan").  The Company was advised of these transactions on 2 July 2014.
