In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a), the Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility have the following notifiable interest in the Company, arising from the acquisition of Ordinary Shares of 12.5 pence each in the Company at a price of £3.7472 per Ordinary Share on 1 March 2013 through the Company's Share Incentive Plan ("the Plan").  The Company was advised of these transactions on 4 March 2013.
