DATE OF BOARD MEETING

The board of directors (the “ Board ”) of Far East Consortium International Limited (the “ Company ”) hereby announces that a meeting of the Board of the Company will be held on Monday, 29 November 2021 for the purposes of, among other matters, approving the announcement of the consolidated interim results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the six months ended 30 September 2021 for publication and considering the payment of interim dividend, if applicable.
