COMPLETION OF THE DISPOSAL OF THE PROPERTY AT 21 ANDERSON ROAD IN SINGAPORE

Reference is made to the announcement issued by Far East Consortium International Limited dated 17 September 2021 (the “ Announcement ”) relating to, amongst others, the Disposal. Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

The Board is pleased to announce that the Disposal has been completed on 1 November 2021. Following the Completion, each member of the Target Group has ceased to be a subsidiary of the Company and its financial statements will no longer be consolidated into the Group’s financial statements.
