Application has been made to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for the listing of and permission to deal in the US$300,000,000 3.75 per cent. notes due 2021 (the “Notes”) issued under the US$1,000,000,000 medium term note programme of Far East Consortium International Limited by way of debt issues to professional investors only, as described in the offering circular dated 25 August 2016 and the pricing supplement dated 31 August 2016. The listing of and permission to deal in the Notes is expected to become effective on 9 September 2016.
