RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR
Harbour Centre Development Limited (the "Company") announces that Mr. Brian See King Tang ("Mr. Tang"), an Independent Non-executive Director, will retire by rotation at the forthcoming annual general meeting of the Company to be held on 7 May 2026 (the "2026 AGM") and will not offer himself for re-election. Accordingly, Mr. Tang's directorship with the Company will cease on the conclusion of the 2026 AGM and he will concurrently cease to be a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee of the Company.
Mr. Tang has served on the board of directors of the Company (the "Board") since 2008. He has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company in respect of his retirement.
The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Tang for his invaluable contributions to the Company during his tenure of office.

L. Ting.
