Today, Harboes Bryggeri A/S has engaged in the trade of treasury shares to the following effect:
Trade date: 2 June 2010. Purchase of 62,000 shares at a price of 107.50.
Market value: DKK 6,665,000.00.
Subsequent to the purchase of the above-mentioned shares, Harboes Bryggeri A/S holds a total of 178,945 Harboe class B shares with a nominal value of DKK 10 each, corresponding to 2.98% of the share capital and 1.52% of the votes.
