We would like to inform you that at the 10th Annual General Meeting (“ AGM ”) held today i.e., July 7, 2021, the members of the Company have approved the appointment of M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells (“ DHS ”), Chartered Accountants (with ICAI registration number 008072S), as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of five years from the conclusion of the 10th AGM till the conclusion of the 15th AGM in place of retiring auditors M/s S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP, who had completed the scheduled term of five years.
