Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 4, 2020, interalia:

1. Approved appointment of Mr. Joseph Anantharaju (DIN:08859640) as Executive Vice Chairman of the Company with Immediate effect. We confirm that Mr. Joseph is not related to any of the Directors of the Company and his brief profile is attached as Annexure.

2. Approved appointment of Mr. Venkatraman Narayanan (DIN: 01856347) as Managing Director of the Company in addition to his existing role of Executive Director and CFO. We confirm that Mr. Venkatraman is not related to any of the Directors of the Company and his brief profile is attached as Annexure.

3. Accepted resignation of Mr. Avneet Singh Kochar, Non‐Executive Director with effect from closing hours of November 4, 2020. Mr. Avneet was a nominee Director of the erstwhile Investor in the Company M/s. CMDB II, who had offered for sale their entire holdings in the Company at the recently concluded IPO.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science and a masters’ degree in management from the Indian Institute of Management. He has 20 years of experience in the software industry. He joined our Company on August 8, 2011. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with MindTree Limited.

He holds a bachelors’ degree in commerce from Mahatma Gandhi University and a bachelors’ degree in law from Karnataka State Law University, Hubballi. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Acountants of India, New Delhi. He has been associated with our Company since April 23, 2015 and has over 25 years of experience in the area of finance and accounts. Prior to joining the Company, he was associated with Sonata Software Limited, TeamLease Services Limited, SAP India Private Limited, Oracle India Private Limited, Arthur Anderson and Associates, Petrot Systems TSI (India) Limited, Transwork Information Services Limited and MindTree Consulting Private Limited.
