Increase in share capital and number of shares in HANZA
HANZA's new share issue of 470,500 shares, which was completed on January 8, 2024, was registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office January 16, 2024.
The company's registered share capital thus increased by SEK 47,050 and amounts to SEK 4,365,934. The total number of shares in HANZA AB as of January 31, 2024, the last trading day of the month, amounts to 43,659,340 shares. There is only one share class.
