Increase in share capital and number of shares in HANZA

HANZA's new share issue of 3,058,912 shares, which was completed on December 6, 2023, was registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office December 7, 2023.

The company's registered share capital thus increased by SEK 305,891 and amounts to SEK 4,318,884. The total number of shares in HANZA AB as of December 29, 2023, the last trading day of the month, amounts to 43,188,840 shares. There is only one share class.
