Announcement § 22 WpHG

1. On 22 October 2007, Lloyds Banking Group plc , Edinburgh, United
   Kingdom, (formerly Lloyds TSB Group plc) fell below the 3% threshold set
   out in § 21 para. 1 WpHG by reference to the holding of 2.9858% of the
   voting rights (i.e. 191,091 shares with voting rights out of a total of
   6,400.000 shares with voting rights) in Hanse Yachts AG

The voting rights in these shares were attributed to Lloyds Banking Group
plc pursuant to § 22 para 1 sent. 1 no. 6, para. 1 sentence 2 WpHG.

Out of these voting rights 0.0306% of the voting rights (i.e. 1,959 shares
with voting rights) were attributed to Lloyds Banking Group plc pursuant to
§ 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 2, para 1 sent 2 WpHG.

1. Lloyds TSB Bank plc, London, United Kingdom, fell below the 3% threshold
   set out in § 21 para. 1 WpHG on 22 October 2007 by reference to the holding
   of 2.9858% of the voting rights (i.e. 191.091 shares with voting rights out
   of a total of 6,400,000 shares with voting rights) in Hanse Yachts AG.

The voting rights in these shares were attributed to Lloyds TSB Bank plc
pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 para. 1 sent 2 WpHG.

Out of these voting rights 0.0306% of the voting rights (i.e. 1,959 shares
with voting rights) were attributed to Lloyds TSB Bank plc pursuant to § 22

Out of these voting rights, 0.0306% of the voting rights (i.e. 1,959 shares

Services Holdings pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no, 2, para. 1 sent. 2
