NOTICES OF INITIAL SUBSTANTIAL HOLDER AND APPENDIX 3YS

In accordance with the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act) and the ASX Listing Rules, Hansen Technologies Limited (Company) lodges a Form 603 and Appendix 3Y for Mr Bruce Adams and Mr David Osborne (attached).

Mr Adams and Mr Osborne have each been appointed as Executors of the Estate of the late Yvonne Irene Hansen (Estate).

In their capacity as Executors, Mr Adams and Mr Osborne shall hold the shares in Othonna Pty. Limited, which is the trustee of the Hansen Property Trust and, in this capacity, a substantial holder of the Company. As a consequence, Mr Adams and Mr Osborne are considered substantial holders of the Company.

Mr Adams and Mr Osborne do not, by virtue of their positions as Executors of the Estate, obtain a beneficial interest in the shares of the Company that are held in the Hansen Property Trust.

The Company notes that Othonna Pty. Limited and Mr Andrew Hansen retain their current relevant interest under the Corporations Act in the shares of the Company that are held by the Hansen Property Trust. Mr Hansen is a:

• director of Othonna Pty. Limited; and

• beneficiary of the Hansen Property Trust.
