Successful completion of Sigma Systems acquisition
Hansen Technologies Limited (ASX: HSN), is pleased to announce the successful completion of the acquisition of Sigma Systems (“Sigma”).
Following the announcement of the acquisition of Sigma on 1 May 2019, all conditions precedent to closing the acquisition have been satisfied and completion of the transaction has occurred. The acquisition is effective from 1 June 2019.
Andrew Hansen, CEO of Hansen, said “it is with enormous enthusiasm that I advise we have concluded the acquisition of Sigma. As a leading global provider of catalog-driven software products for telecommunications, media, and high-tech companies, the acquisition of Sigma not only represents a strategic move to enhance our value proposition to the telecom and pay-tv verticals, but also creates new expansion opportunities to cross-sell Sigma’s products into our broad base of energy customers. I would also like to thank all the Sigma staff for their enthusiasm and support since we announced the acquisition.”
