Appointment of Director – Rebecca Wilson

Hansen Technologies Limited (ASX:HSN), a leading global provider of customer information and data management systems, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rebecca Wilson to the position of Non-Executive Director with effect from 28 March 2024.

On announcing the appointment of Rebecca, the Chairman of Hansen Technologies, David Trude said “We welcome Rebecca to the Board. Rebecca brings important skills and broad commercial experience to Hansen’s Board in the areas of ESG, investor relations and communication across multiple industries. We are delighted to add Rebecca’s experience, commercial perspective, and skills to further strengthen our existing Board”.

About Rebecca Wilson

Rebecca Wilson is an experienced company director within private, ASX listed and not-for-profit organisations. She is currently the Non-Executive Chair of healthcare technology company, Alcidion Limited (ASX ALC), and Ai-enabled medical instrumentation business LBT Innovations (ASX LBT), and Non-Executive Director of Private UK consumer e-commerce business Ateria Health Limited. She’s also a Non-Executive Director of the Tomisich Foundation, a NFP organisation.

In her previous executive career, Rebecca has held global leadership roles in, marketing, communications, investor relations, capital management and corporate affairs. She has extensive experience in ESG, stakeholder engagement, issues and crisis management, M&A, and investor relations across multiple industries including technology, healthcare, retail, and professional services.

She holds a BA Arts and Grad Cert in Applied Finance & Investment. She is a Graduate of AICD with AICD course certificates in Climate Governance and Ethics in the Boardroom.
