Appointment of Director-Don Rankin

Hansen Technologies Limited (ASX:HSN), a leading global provider of customer information and data management systems, is pleased to announce the appointment of Don Rankin to position of nonexecutive Director with effect from 21 November 2019.

On announcing the appointment of Don, the Chairman of Hansen Technologies, David Trude said “We welcome Don to the Board. Don brings a wealth of experience gained in his roles in management and advising both locally and internationally. This, with his strong finance and governance background will bring further strength to our existing Board”.

About Don Rankin

Don was a founding Partner of Pitcher Partners, Melbourne Managing Partner and for 11 years National Chairman as the Network expanded nationally. He was also on the Board of Baker Tilly International as it expanded to become a top 10 international accounting network. Don has over 30 years of experience in audit, mergers and acquisitions and advising mainly private businesses across a broad range of industries including retail, transport, wholesaling and professional services. He now specializes in assisting in governance, management, growth and evolution of the businesses in which he is involved. Don sits on the Board and Advisory Boards of a number of large and emerging private company groups which have national and international operations.

Don is Immediate Past President of the Victorian Chamber of Commerce, having just completed a 3-year term as President. He sits on the Board of the Australian Chamber of Commerce (ACCI) Don holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Melbourne University, is a Fellow of CPA Australia and a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
