Director Resignation
Resignation of Director- Sarah Morgan
Hansen Technologies Limited (ASX:HSN), a leading global provider of customer information and data management systems, advises that Sarah Morgan has resigned as a Director with effect from 19 December 2019. Ms Morgan has also stood down from her positions on the Audit and Risk and Remuneration Committees.
Mr Don Rankin has been appointed Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee. Don’s extensive experience will ensure the continued effectiveness of both Committees.
