Hansen Technologies Limited advises Melinda Osborne has resigned as a director with effect from 22 August 2014 to pursue alternative interests. Melinda has been a director of Hansen for the past 2 years. On behalf of the board and shareholders we wish to record our appreciation for Melinda’s contribution to Hansen and wish her every success in the future.

Consequent upon Melinda Osborne’s resignation, Mr Peter Berry has been appointed as the independent Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Board.
