Change of Auditor

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.16.3, Hansen Technologies Limited (ASX: HSN), announces that, with effect from today, 15 December 2017, RSM Australia Partners has been appointed as auditor for the Company.

This appointment follows the resignation of the Company’s current auditor, Pitcher Partners, and ASIC’s consent to the resignation in accordance with section 329(5) of the Corporations Act 2001.

Given the global expansion of its operations, a formal tender for global audit services was conducted. The Board now formally appoints RSM Australia Partners in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders.

In accordance with section 327C of the Corporations Act 2001 , a resolution will be placed at the 2018 Annual General Meeting to ratify the appointment of RSM Australia Partners as the Company’s auditor.
