Grant of Performance Rights to Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director Mr Andrew Hansen
Resolution 5 In the Notice of meeting seeks approval for 236,877 Performance Rights. This amount is incorrect. Hansen is amending the amount to 213,189.
157,918 Performance Rights will vest if on target performance is achieved with an additional 55,271 Performance Rights to reward over achievement of targets.
Vesting conditions remain unchanged with Budgeted Group Revenue and Budgeted Group EBITDA receiving equal weighting at 50%.
