However, the shares sold were held indirectly by the Reporting Person's spouse. On February 5, 2016, 17,500 shares previously owned directly by the Reporting Person were transferred to his spouse and are held indirectly. Following the transfer the Reporting Person held, and continues to hold, 2,300 shares directly. The other transactions reported on the original Form 4 were reported correctly.
