Form of proxy for use at the Annual General Meeting to be held on Thursday, May 9, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. (or any adjournment thereof) (the “Meeting”)

1. To receive and adopt the Audited Financial Statements of the Company and the Reports of the
Directors and the Independent Auditor for the year ended December 31, 2018.
2. To declare a final dividend of 22.33 HK cents per ordinary share in respect of the year ended
December 31, 2018.
3. (a) To re-elect Mr Li Tzar Kai, Richard as a Director of the Company.
(b) To re-elect Mr Zhu Kebing as a Director of the Company.
(c) To re-elect Mr Wei Zhe, David as a Director of the Company.
(d) To re-elect Ms Frances Waikwun Wong as a Director of the Company.
(e) To re-elect Mr Lars Eric Nils Rodert as a Director of the Company.
(f) To authorize the Company’s Directors to fix their remuneration.
4. To re-appoint Messrs PricewaterhouseCoopers as the Company’s Auditor and authorize the
Company’s Directors to fix their remuneration.
5. To grant a general mandate to the Company’s Directors to issue new shares of the Company.*
6. To grant a general mandate to the Company’s Directors to buy-back the Company’s own
securities.*
7. To extend the general mandate granted to the Company’s Directors pursuant to Ordinary
Resolution No. 5.*

Your proxy will also be entitled to vote at his discretion on any resolution properly put to the Meeting other than those referred to in the notice convening the Meeting.

  5. This instrument appointing a proxy must be in writing under the hand of the appointor or of his attorney duly authorized in writing, or if the appointor is a corporation, either under seal, or under the hand of an officer or attorney duly authorized.

  6. Any shareholder of the Company entitled to attend and vote at a meeting of the Company or a meeting of the holders of any class of shares in the Company shall be entitled to appoint another person as his proxy to attend and, on a poll, vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a shareholder of the Company. A shareholder may appoint more than one proxy to attend on the same occasion.

  7. Where there are joint registered holders of any share of the Company, any one of such persons may vote at the Meeting, either personally or by proxy, in respect of such share as if he were solely entitled thereto; but if more than one of such joint holders are present at the Meeting personally or by proxy, one of the holders so present whose name stands first on the register of members of the Company in respect of such share shall alone be entitled to vote in respect thereof.

  8. The instrument appointing a proxy and the power of attorney or other authority, if any, under which it is signed (or a notarially certified copy of that power of attorney or authority) must be deposited with the share registrar of the Company, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, Investor Communications Centre, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong no later than 48 hours before the time appointed for holding the Meeting at which the person named in such instrument proposes to vote, and otherwise the instrument appointing a proxy shall not be treated as valid. In calculating the period mentioned for depositing the instrument appointing a proxy, no account is to be taken of any part of a day that is a public holiday.

  9. Delivery of an instrument appointing a proxy shall not preclude a shareholder from attending and voting in person at the Meeting or poll concerned and, in such event, the instrument appointing a proxy shall be deemed to be revoked.
