(VERY SUBSTANTIAL ACQUISITION) The Share Swap between the Company and CMGI was completed on 29th November, 1999. Terms defined in the circular dated 22nd October, 1999 containing, inter alia, details of the proposed acquisition of interests in CMGI by the Company through the Share Swap shall have the same meanings when used herein unless the context requires otherwise. The Board is pleased to announce that all conditions precedent to the completion of the Agreement have been satisfied and that the Share Swap was completed on 29th November, 1999.
