On January 15, 2021, W. Howard Upchurch, Group President, Innerwear Americas, of Hanesbrands Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company that he intended to retire from the Company effective August 1, 2021.

The press release issued by the Company announcing Mr. Upchurch’s retirement is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
