On October 27, 2017, Hancock Holding Company (the “Company”) released the results of its annual company-administered stress tests conducted in accordance with the requirements of 12 CFR 252.148, which implements the requirements of Section 165(i)(2) of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
