Hammerson plc Employee Share Ownership Plan - Additional Listing

The Company announces that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority for admission to the Official List, and to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading, of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 25p each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.

Admission is expected to take place on 22 December 2017 and the shares will be issued to Computershare Trustees (Jersey) Limited, as Trustee of the Company's Employee Share Ownership Plan, to satisfy awards granted under the various employee shares schemes operated by the Company.
