This notification relates to an award of Restricted Shares over 5p ordinary shares in the Company (Shares) that was made to Harry Badham, a PDMR of the Company, on 1 June 2021 under the Hammerson plc Restricted Share Plan (RSP) (Award). In accordance with the default rules of the RSP, the Award vested on 1 June 2024 and the relevant Shares were subsequently released to the PDMR on 4 June 2024. A portion of these Shares were then sold automatically to cover the tax liability in respect of the Award, in accordance with the default rules of the RSP.
