The Company has received further information in relation to the acquisition of Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each ("Shares") by Adam Metz, Non-Executive Director of the Company, which was originally announced on 23 May 2024. The following announcement therefore updates and replaces the 'Notification of Transactions of Directors and PDMRs' announcement released on 23 May 2024 at 3.45 p.m. BST under RNS No 7152P. The full amended text is shown below:

The Company was notified on 21 May 2024 that Adam Metz, Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 30,030 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each ("Shares") at a price of £0.299281885 per Share on 20 May 2024 pursuant to a Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP"). On 29 May 2024, the Company was notified that on 28 May 2024, an additional 1 Share had been received pursuant to the same DRIP at a price of £0.299281885.
