Restricted Share Plan

Further to the awards of Restricted Shares over 5p ordinary shares in the Company (Shares) that were made on 27 March 2018 under the Hammerson plc Restricted Share Plan (RSP), which vested on 27 March 2021 and were subsequently released on 29 March 2021, the Company has been notified that the following transaction of a PDMR of the Company took place on 29 March 2021:

French Free Shares Award Scheme

Further to the award of 5 pence ordinary shares in the Company (Shares) that was made on 26 March 2019 under the Hammerson French Free Shares Award Scheme, which vested on 26 March 2021, the Company has been notified that Jean-Phillippe Mouton, a PDMR of the Company, received 47,225 Shares. These Shares will be transferred to his Global Nominee account and will be subject to a further two-year holding period under the Hammerson French Free Shares Award Scheme rules.
