Further to the awards of nil cost options over 25p ordinary shares in the Company made on 1 March 2016 under the Hammerson Deferred Bonus Share Scheme, which vested on 1 March 2018, Jean-Philippe Mouton exercised his options on 1 March 2018. The shares were subsequently transferred from the Hammerson Employee Share Ownership Plan into his nominee account on 9 March 2018.
