In compliance with the UK Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ('DTRs') 5.6.1, the Company's total issued share capital as at 28 March 2024 consists of 5,002,265,607 ordinary shares of 5 pence each, of which 13,008,260 shares are held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company therefore is 4,989,257,347. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTRs and/or the Irish Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007, as amended.
