Board changes

Following the Annual General Meeting which took place today, the Company confirms the following changes to its Board, with immediate effect:

·     Jacques Espinasse stood down as a Non-Executive Director; and

·     Pierre Bouchut has assumed the role of Chairman of the Audit Committee following Jacques Espinasse's departure.

This notification is given in accordance with LR 9.6.11R.
