Change in particulars of Chairman

Burberry Group plc has today announced that David Tyler, will be standing down as Chairman on 31 December 2015. 

David Tyler is taking up a new appointment with effect from today as non-executive Chairman of Domestic & General Group Limited, a privately owned company.

This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14.
