Replacement RNS: Change in particulars of Chairman

That announcement incorrectly stated that David Tyler will be standing down as Chairman of Burberry Group plc. David Tyler is standing down as a non-executive director of Burberry Group plc. All other details remain unchanged. The correct version of the announcement is below.

Change in particulars of Chairman

Burberry Group plc has today announced that David Tyler, will be standing down as a non-executive director on 31 December 2015. 

David Tyler is taking up a new appointment with effect from today as non-executive Chairman of Domestic & General Group Limited, a privately owned company.

This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14.
