Non Renounceable Entitlement Issue Allotment

Hammer Metals Limited (“ Hammer” or “the Company” ) (ASX: HMX), is pleased to confirm that the Company has allotted and issued 8,553,581 ordinary shares being initial acceptances in the Non Renounceable Entitlement Issue (the Offer) for which cleared funds of $299,375 have been received.

The shares have been entered onto the Company’s share register today Thursday, 19[th] December 2017.

Following this issue the Company will have a total of 242,613,255 ordinary fully paid shares on issue.

The Company and its Lead Manager are in the process of finalising the placement of shortfall and will keep the market informed of progress.

A statement setting out the top 20 largest holders of this class of security and the percentage held is attached.

Hammer Metals Limited (ASX:HMX): Hammer Metals holds a strategic tenement position covering approximately 3,200km[2] within the Mount Isa mining district, with 100% interests in the Kalman (CuAu-Mo-Re) deposit, the Overlander North and Overlander South (Cu-Co) deposits, the Millennium (CuCo-Au) deposit as well as the recently acquired Elaine-Dorothy (Cu-Au) deposit. Hammer is an active mineral explorer, focused on discovering large copper-gold deposits of the Ernest Henry style and has a range of prospective targets at various stages of testing.
