Hammer Metals Limited (ASX:HMX) (“Hammer”) – Request for Voluntary Suspension

We refer to our request for a trading halt dated 1 September 2017.

Hammer requests that ASX grant a voluntary suspension of its shares effective from the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 5 September 2017.

Hammer requests that the suspension remain in place until it can make an announcement in relation to the proposed capital raising. The Company anticipates that it will be able to provide an update to shareholders on or before 7 September 2017.

Hammer is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted, or of any other information relevant to this request.
